This Friday, September 28 @6pm, I'm throwing a party at my house for Elaine Lite - who is running for City Council . If you'd like to come, send an email to brainshrub -a-t- gmail dot com. I have a grill, meat, and enough BBQ sauce to drown a member of the Heinz family. Beer will be provided and guests are encouraged to bring a side dish and their favorite music CDs. And now, onto the FAQ: Why are you supporting Elaine Lite? Lite has a long history of grass-roots organising on behalf of environmental issues and the working class of Asheville. She is also a stong supporter of policies that will make the Asheville Transit System a better utility.
Will there be any entertainment? Yes! - A special visit from puppies being cared for by Brother Wolf Canine Rescue .
