Presidential Candidate Forum Scheduling 10 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 2
Jan 18: Long Island, New York This forum was run by PeaceSmiths, not the Green Party. They had reps there speaking on behalf of Clinton, Obama, Paul, Edwards, and maybe Nader. Candidates could email pdf’s to Kimberly for the lit table. 20-60 were expected.

Jan 19: Detroit, Michigan Not sure what type of event this is. You can contact Matthew R. Abel P38876, Attorney at Law, 450 W. Fort Street, Suite 200, Detroit, Michigan 48226, This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , 248.866.0864

Jan 20: Evanston, Illinois Evanston IL Forum still on schedule. Need pamphlets, info to download for Cynthia, Howie and Kent Sunday. If we can set up phone call interviews to brief our volunteers all the better. Did Jared drop out? Too bad. Please respond to requests at 1st opportunity. Thanks! Michael Drennan

Feb 2, 10 AM?: Washington, DC We are definitely on. I'll forward you the flyer so you can pass along to candidates. It's in DC and we've gotten DC, MD, WV to sponsor with us. Tamar Yager, GPVA

Feb 2, 6 PM?: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Our forum is still on and I think we have Jesse Johnston, Kat Swift, and Kent Mesplay confirmed. Still holding out on McKinney, Ball, and Nader. Everyone is welcome and please spread the word. We are currently planning to invite all candidates to a group dinner at the Passage to India Restaurant at 6:00 PM followed by a 1 hour candidate forum back at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at 8:30 PM. Details are at:http://www.gpofpa.org/index.php?module=htmlpages&func=display&pid=5

Feb 3: Massachusetts: No further information on this one.

Feb 3 or 4: New Jersey: No further information on this one.

Mar. 9 or 16: Houston, Texas:Yes, still planning a candidate forum in Houston, TX - drifting later - Mar 9 or Mar 16 - seems like we should coordinate with Albuquerque. Date depends on availability of candidates. Christine Morshedi

March?: Palm Beach, Florida: My name attached to some of these are just forwards of inquiries from the national lists, and I am not involved in them at all. Being from Florida, I would only be involved in the possible March date listed for Florida and contact name is Barbara, but I do not see any planning for this at this time either. Hope this helps, Julia

Mid-March: Albuquerque, New Mexico: No further information on this one.
